METS are a leading RTO and Approved Smart & Skilled Provider, delivering Nationally Recognised and ASQA accredited qualifications within the community services sector.​

METS specialise in Community Services Training, including Children’s Services, Disability Services and Aged Care. For this reason, we have the tools and knowledge to provide the most up to date and sector relevant information and training to our students and their employers.

Our qualified and experienced trainers understand the needs and demands of the sector, delivering quality training through innovative and creative approaches to uphold the integrity of the qualification. This allows our learners and employers to develop to their full potential. 

METS caters to small, medium and large business, Government, community and not for profit organisations. We value learners and employers from diverse cultural backgrounds.

The integrity of METS qualifications is recognised within the sector and is highly regarded by employers. As we are registered to deliver fully accredited national qualifications from the Community Services Training Package, you can be assured your qualifications will be recognised all over Australia!

Traineeship outcomes achieved through METS are well above the Australian National Average which is a reflection of not only the calibre of our learners but also the delivery and support METS clients receive from our trainers and office team.
Training with METS offers both the learner and employer individual choice and control.

History


1989 - METS was established as an open employment service specialising in assisting people with a disability gain employment.
1999 - METS partnered with Jobs Australia to begin delivery of accredited training qualifications to our existing clients and the wider workforce
2001 - METS began to deliver Children Services qualifications
2004 - METS Registered as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in our own right
2006 – METS ceased operating as a disability employment service and concentrated on RTO operations
2012 - METS currently delivers traineeships and self funded courses to over 600 students
